a very different picture. Scripture makes it clear that the rapture will not be a scheduled event marked on human calendars. It will not be a breaking news alert on television, nor will it trend on social media 10 minutes before it happens. It will come suddenly in a moment. And when it does, eternity will begin. The word of God tells us that the coming of Christ will be like the coming of a thief. First
Thessalonians 5:2 declares, “For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
A thief does not announce his arrival. He does not send a warning text message or give you 10 minutes to prepare. He comes suddenly at an hour when you do not expect him. Jesus himself spoke plainly about this in Matthew 24:36. There will be no heavenly siren, no countdown clock ticking away in the skies. The
trumpet that signals the rapture will be the trumpet of God. And the very moment it sounds, the event will already have begun. In that instant, those who are ready will be taken and those who are not will be left. Life right up until that moment will be completely ordinary. People will be going about their daily routines just as they always have. Jesus compared it to the days of Noah in Matthew 24:37-39.

For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away. So also will the coming of the Son of Man be. In Noah’s day, people were living life as usual. They ate their meals, celebrated weddings, conducted business, and made plans for the future. But then suddenly judgment came. And just like in those days, the rapture will interrupt normal life without warning. Think about it. 10
minutes before the rapture, people will…read more watch video
