come to pass, then look up, for your redemption draweth nigh.” Today, I want to walk through six specific signs that show us we are living in the season Jesus described. Now let me be clear from the start. We are not setting a date for the rapture. Jesus himself said no man knows the day or the hour. But he also said we should know the season. And friends, the season is upon us. The season is here. Let’s look at what’s happening right now and what happened in the last 100
years through the lens of scripture. In 2026, we have witnessed a dangerous escalation between the USA, Iran, and
most importantly, Israel. The Middle East, which has been a powder keg for decades, is moving deeper into instability.
Military tensions are rising. The world watches nervously as major powers move into a wider war.
Jesus said in Matthew 24 6 and 7, “And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars.” “See that ye be not troubled, for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise
against nation and kingdom against kingdom. And there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in diverse
places. This is not a prediction unique to our time. Wars have always existed. But Jesus was describing a pattern, a season when international conflict would become a defining characteristic of the age. He was saying, “When you see wars multiplying, when you see rumors of wars filling the news cycle, when you see
nations rising against nations in ways that seem unprecedented,
that’s when you should know the end is near.” And are we not seeing this in our own age? Nations are rising against nations, and we are witnessing wars and rumors of wars. They’re one of Ukraine’s most decorated brigades. In a daily
battle to hold back Russia on the Eastern front tank brigade, it’s the fight of their lives under constant attack from air and ground. Sudan’s civil war, now in its third year, has become a humanitarian catastrophe of staggering scale, marked by famine, ethnic cleansing, and widespread sexual violence. An estimated 150,000 people have been killed, and nearly
13 million have been forced from their homes. Iran, Iran, Iran, Iran, it’s having an impact in the Middle East and beyond.
Oh my god. To understand why so many countries are affected by the US Israel war with Iran, North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un says Pyongyang would not hesitate to launch a nuclear attack if an enemy provokes it with nuclear weapons.
We are not saying the Israel Iran conflict proves the rapture is tomorrow. But we are saying this, the world is moving in
exactly the direction Jesus said it would move. An age of wars and rumors of wars. The Middle East continues to be a flashpoint. Jesus told us to watch. And when we watch, we see wars and rumors of wars just as he said we would.
