BE READY FOR WHAT IS COMING

Fires raging through once peaceful towns. Wars breaking out with rumors of even greater conflicts on the horizon. Technology accelerating at such a pace that the lines between human and machine
are starting to blur. Governments proposing centralized digital currencies. Artificial intelligence developing personalities and a world that is growing increasingly hostile to biblical truth. People are
watching, wondering and worrying. But let me remind you today, the word of God does not leave us in the dark. The Bible does not say guess. It says watch. It doesn’t say panic. It says be not troubled.
In Matthew 24, Jesus didn’t avoid the question about the end times. He answered it directly. His disciples asked, “What will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” And Jesus
responded by giving a clear list of signs. Wars and rumors of wars, nation rising against nation, famines, pestilences, earthquakes in diverse places. And then he added, “These are the beginning of sorrows. We’re not left without warning. We’re not left without hope.” So why does this question matter? Is the end near? Because how we answer it changes how we live? If you believe the end is near, you’ll start living with urgency. You’ll stop playing games with sin. You’ll stop delaying your obedience. You’ll stop storing up treasures in a world that’s passing away.
